I absolutely adore the authentic taste of this product. It is the only red curry paste I purchase and it never disappoints in quality.
I have tried other brands in the past and the Ayam brand is superior by far.
Easy to use paste as all of the work has been done, which means you can add Ayam coconut milk plus your choice of meat and fresh vegetables and have a delicious meal in minutes. Definitely worth a try, you won’t be disappointed.

yam’s Red Curry paste has perfectly balanced Thai flavours. It is sweet and salty with a little bit of heat. I love that it is Vegan friendly and all natural. I always add 2 tablespoons to my pumpkin soup and it adds the most delicious flavour!

This red curry paste is a favourite in our house and the one I buy most often. It has a sweet and warm flavour which is smooth on the palate. When combined with coconut cream, it’s truly AYAMazing! I use the whole jar of curry paste with 3-4 tins of AYAM coconut cream, 1.5 kgs chicken breast diced and a large pack of stir fry vegetable mix. What’s even better is that the curry tastes more AYAMazing the next day! I’ve tried many brands and flavours and this AYAM Red Curry wins hands down!

This Red Curry is my favourite and most popular AYAM product that I buy. It has a beautiful sweet and warm flavour and when added with coconut cream, it’s truly AYAMazing! I use a whole jar of curry paste with 3-4 tins of AYAM coconut cream, 1.5kgs of chicken breast diced and vegetable stir fry mix. I’ve tried other brands and flavours and this one wins hands down!

Great product - simple to make a delicious curry with. Guests and family always comment on the great taste.

I love this product. I put it with meat and vegetables in the slow cooker. A few hours later I can take it in whatever direction I feel like on the night. Add tomato and keep it mild for the whole family, or extra paste and chilli if for me. So versatile.

Thai Red Beef Curry

Recipe by Tim Bone

Serve 4 | Prep 5 min | pot 15 minutes
 
 

Ingredients:

  • 3½ tbsp AYAM™ Thai Red Curry Paste
  • 270ml can AYAM™ Coconut Cream
  • 500g beef fillet, diced into 2cm pieces
  • ½ cup water
  • 100g cabbage leaves, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves, finely sliced
  • Basil leaves, to garnish

 

Method

  1. SIZZLE: Heat a wok or pan over medium-high heat.
  2. BROWN: Add curry paste and beef, stir-fry until beef is browned and coated in paste. Stir in coconut cream, water, and bring to a boil.
  3. SIMMER: Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. FINISH: Add cabbage and kaffir lime leaves, cook for a further 5 minutes until the beef is tender.
  5. SERVE: Garnish with basil leaves. Serve with steamed rice.
