Ingredients

  • 300g soft tofu

  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

  • 120g chicken mince

  • 1/2 jar Ayam™ Sichuan Mapo Tofu Stir Fry Paste

  • Chilli (sliced, for garnish)

  • Coriander (for garnish)

Method

  1. Cut tofu into 2x2cm cubes.

  2. Heat up oil and stir fry the mince until cooked.

  3. Add paste and tofu and gently mix until covered in sauce and heated through.

  4. Garnish with sliced chilli and coriander.

  5. Serve with rice.
