Vegetarian Stir-Fry

Serve 4 | Prep 10 min | pot 10 minutes
 
 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 6 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 120g broccoli, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 240g cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 160g carrots, thickly sliced
  • 160g green beans, trimmed
  • 4 tbsp AYAM Vegetarian Fish Sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water

 

Method

  1. Heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and fry until golden.
  2. Add broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, adn green beans, and turn to high heat. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add AYAM Vegetarian Fish Sauce, sugar, and water, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
