Ingredients

  • AYAM™ Hawker Market Malaysian Laksa Curry Soup 400g
  • 40g Bean curd puffs
  • 80g Bean sprouts
  • 150g Raw prawns, deshelled and deveined
  • 150g AYAM™ Rice Noodles, cooked
 

Method

  1. Prepare Rice Noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain and divide between serving bowls.
  2. Add the Laksa Curry Soup into a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Add prawns and bean curd puffs, boil until well cooked.
  4. Assemble the noodles and bean sprouts in the serving bowls.
  5. Pour the soup over the noodles and serve immediately.
