Hawker Market Thai Red Curry
Ingredients
- AYAM™ Hawker Market Thai Red Curry Sauce 200g
- 110g Beef, diced into 2cm subes
- 40g Cabbage, sliced
- Garnish: Kaffir lime leaves, shredded
Method
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Add Thai Red Curry Sauce to the pan and bring to a boil.
- Add beef, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked.
- Add cabbage and simmer until cooked.
- Garnish with kaffir lime leaves and serve with steamed rice
