Ingredients

  • AYAM™ Hawker Market Thai Yellow Curry Sauce 200g
  • 180g Chicken thigh, boneless, diced into 2cm cubes
  • ½ Potato, medium, diced into 2cm cubes
 

Method

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add Thai Yellow Curry Sauce to the pan and bring to a boil.
  3. Add chicken and potatoes, simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked.
