Ingredients

  • AYAM™ Hawker Market Thai Tom Kha Soup 200g
  • 150g Chicken thighs, boneless, diced
  • 50g Oyster or white button mushrooms
  • Garnish: Lime halves, red chilli, coriander leaves
 

Method

  1. Pour Tom Kha Soup in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add in the chicken and mushrooms, simmer until well cooked.
  3. Portion into serving bowls and garnish with lime, red chilli and coriander leaves.
