Banana Sago Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 1 jar AYAM™ Sago Dessert
- 400ml AYAM™ Coconut Cream
- Pinch of salt
Topping
- Roasted peanuts
- Roasted sesame seeds
- Salt
Garnish (optional)
- Banana, thinly sliced
- Mint
- Drizzle of excess coconut cream or milk
Method
- In a small pot, combine coconut cream, bananas, and a pinch of salt.
- Simmer the mixture until it starts to bubble and the bananas begin to break down.
- Add the AYAM™ Sago Dessert to the pot and stir well.
- Continue to stie and simmer on low heat until the pudding becomes thick and starchy.
- To make the toppings, in a small pan lightly toast peanuts and sesame seeds until golden. Add a pinch of salt and stir the nuts and sesame seeds over the pudding.
- Garnish with fresh mint and thin slices of banana (optional).
Tip: Any leftovers can be frozen and enjoyed later.
