Satay Beef

Ingredients

  • 250g beef, diced
  • 12 wooden or metal skewers
  • 1 can AYAM™ Satay Sauce 250ml
  • 2 tbsp AYAM™ Satay Seasoning 160g
 

Method

  1. Marinate beef with Satay Seasoning.
  2. Thread diced beef onto skewers.
  3. Place on a grill (medium heat), turning to cook evenly.
  4. Serve with the Satay Sauce (warm) and steamed rice.

 

Hint: Satay skewers are traditionally served with sliced cucumber.
