Ingredients

1 store-bought roast chicken, meat removed from bones

½ cup pickled carrot, julienned

½ cup pickled daikon

3 baby cucumbers, cut into strips

¼ bunch coriander

2 spring onions, finely chopped

2 tbsp AYAM™ Hoisin Sauce

1 tbsp AYAM™ Dark Soy sauce
-
2 tbsp mayonnaise
-
2 tbsp AYAM™ Sweet Chilli Sauce

4 Vietnamese baguettes
Method

Spread mayonnaise on the base of your roll, add chicken, pickled daikon, carrot and cucumber slices.

Drizzle the soy, sweet chilli and hoisin sauces on top.
- Add sprigs of coriander and spring onion.
