Sweet & Sticky Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 1½ kg chicken wings, tips removed
Marinade:
- 3 tbsp AYAM™ Sambal Oelek
- 1 tbsp AYAM™ Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp AYAM™ Light Soy Sauce
- 1 bottle AYAM™ Plum Sauce
- 1 knob ginger, peeled and sliced into matchsticks
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1 bunch coriander
- 4 spring onions
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
- 1 lime, juice, quarter lime skin
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Garnish:
- 3 spring onions, sliced
Method
- Preheat overn to 180°C.
- In a large bowl or tray, prepare marinade of all ingredients mized together.
- Toss chicken wings through marinade, add quartered limes to the bowl. Leave covered in the fridge for at least 1 hour to marinate.
- Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper and cook in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until caramelised and the meat comes off the bone.
- Pile on a large dish and garnish with sliced spring onions.
