1 cup shiitake, oyster and enoki mushrooms, sliced
¼ cup spring onions
¼ cup coriander
1 long red chilli, chopped
Salt and pepper
Method
Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Place some baking paper in the base of a food steamer. Add the mixture on top of the baking paper and put the lid on. Steam, using the auto function, for 20 minutes at 110°C.
