Red Curry Bao
Ingredients
- 8 soft bao buns
- ⅓ cup AYAM™ Thai Red Curry Paste
- 270ml AYAM™ Coconut Milk
- 300g choice of filling: any meat, tofu, and/or veggies
Method
- Prepare soft bao buns as per packet instructions. Once ready and slightly cooled, lightly flatten into round base.
- In a deep pan. heat your red curry paste and cook through for about a minute.
- Add coconut milk for a creamy texture and combine well.
- Add filling of choice in mixture and let simmer for about 10 minutes until sauce is thick.
- Generously place red curry filling into flattened bao bun
- Seal filling with another bao bun and pinch down sides. Enjoy!
