
Broccoli & Prawn Pepper Noodles

Ingredients:
- 1 broccoli - florets cut
- 1 packet prawns
- 1 packet udon noodles fresh
- 2 garlic cloves finely sliced
- 1 knob ginger finely sliced
- 3 tbsp AYAM™ Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp AYAM™ Oyster Sauce
- 1½ tsp brown sugar
- Black pepper
- Sichuan pepper
Method
- In a wok bring to high heat, add in oil and cook prawns. Set them to the side.
- Place in ginger and garlic and add broccoli and sauces, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Cook through. Place in udon noodles. Cook until noodles separate.
- Add cooked prawns back in, black pepper and sichuan pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes, tossing.
- Place in a large bowl to serve.
