Tuna Walnut & Apple Salad
Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 100g walnut, roasted
- ½ AYAM™ Sweet Cup Corn
- 1 can Ayam Brand™ Tuna Light Flakes in Water 185g
Salad Dressing:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
Method
Dressing:
- First of all, prepare the dressing for the salad.
- Place the mustard in a bowl and add in a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir in the lemon juice, the sugar and the vinegar.
- Stir well until the salt and the sugar are fully dissolved.
- Add in the olive oil and mix well.
- Reserve the dressing in the fridge.
Mixing:
- Shred the washed apples using a mandoline.
- In a salad bowl, mix gently all ingredients well together with the dressing.
Presentation:
- Decorate with a few sprigs of parsley.
