Thai Basil Chilli Chicken Stir Fry

1 jar AYAM™ Thai Basil Chilli Stir Fry Paste

500g chicken mince

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Thai basil leaves and fried egg, to garnish
Method

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or non-stick fry pan over medium heat.

Add chicken minceand stir-fry until browned.

Add paste, mix well and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

Garnish with torn Thai basil leaves and fried egg.

Serve with steamed rice.
