Satay Chicken & Tzatziki Roti Wraps
Ingredients
- 2 chicken thigh fillets, cut into 1cm slices
- 1/2 cup AYAM™ Satay Sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup pre-prepared tzatziki
- 60g baby spinach leaves
- 4 x 20cm pieces roti bread
Method
- Combine chicken and satay sauce.
- Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan, cook chicken in a single layer over medium-high heat 3 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from pan, cool 5 minutes.
- Warm roti bread according to instructions on the packet. Spread with tzatziki, lay spinach over the top. Place chicken along 1 side and roll up firmly to enclose the chicken.
