Sambal Prawns
Ingredients
- 1tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 185g AYAM™ Malaysian Sambal Stir Fry Paste
- 500g raw prawns, peeled and deveined
Method
- Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and stir fry for 2 min.
- Add Stir Fry Paste, stir and bring to the boil.
- Add prawns and stir fry until prawns are cooked.
- Serve with steamed rice.
Tip - Replace prawns with squid or other seafood. Either add 1/2 cup of sliced beans (2cm length) or 1/4 cup of petai beans with prawns and cook together.
