Sago Ice Coffee

Ingredients
- 1 shot espresso
- Half glass of milk, your choice
- 2 tbsp AYAM™ Sago Dessert
- Ice
Method
- In a tall glass, add a generous handful of ice.
- Pour a freshly brewed shot of espresso over the ice.
- Spoon in 2 tablespoons of AYAM™ Sago Dessert.
- Fill the gladd with milk of your choice.
- Stor the mixture gently to combine the flavours.
Note: Adjust the milk quantity based on your preference of milk to coffee ratio. You can also customise the sweetness by adding more or less sago to your liking.
