Rendang Minute Steak
Ingredients
- 2 x 100g rump or fillet steak, flattened using a meat mallet
- 4 tbsp AYAM™ Malaysian Rendang Paste
- 4 tbsp AYAM™ Coconut Milk
- 2 servings thick cut fries or roasted potatoes
- Chopped fresh coriander for garnish
Method
- Marinate minute steaks with rendang paste and coconut milk for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat a little oil in a pan.
- Fry steak till desired doneness. Serve with fries or potatoes.
