Rainbow Packed Noodles
Ingredients
- AYAM™ Hawker Market Vietnamese Pho Soup
- 4½ cups water
- 200g AYAM™ Rice Vermicelli
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup spinach
Method
- Pour Pho Soup in a pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce to a simmer and add the noodles.

Cook for 3 minutes before adding the vegetables. Simmer for a further 2 minutes before serving.
