
Lemongrass Chicken Skewers witn Nouc Cham

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken thighs chopped into large chunks
- 1 stalk lemongrass finely chopped
- 1 tbsp AYAM™ Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp AYAM™ Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 ginger knob grated
- 3 cloves garlic grated
- Soaked skewers
Nouc Cham:
- 1 small garlic cloves grated
- 1 bridseye chilli diced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1½ tbsp AYAM™ Fish Sauce
Method
- In a large bowl, marinate chicken thighs in lemongrass, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic.
- Place chicken thighs onto skewers and set aside.
- On a BBQ at medium-high heat, place on chicken skewers adn cook for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
- Nouc cham - place all ingredients into a jar and shake well.
- Place cooked chicken onto a plate, with nouc gam in a ramekin on the side.
- Serve with a wedge of lime.
