Ingredients
- AYAM™ Hawker Market Vietnamese Pho Soup
- 85g beef, thinly sliced
- 170g AYAM™ Rice Noodles, cooked
- 20g Bean sprouts
- 20g Red chilli, sliced
- 20g Coriander leaves
- Garnish: Mint leaves, basil leaves, lime wedges
Method
- Prepare Rice Noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain and divide between serving bowls.
- Blanch the beef slices and set aside.
- Pour Pho Soup in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Assemble the noodles, beef slices, bean sprouts, red chilli and coriander leaves in serving bowls.
- Pour in the boiling Pho Soup, serve garnished with mint, basil and lime as a side.
