Ingredients
- AYAM™ Hawker Market Malaysian Laksa Curry Soup 400g
- 40g Bean curd puffs
- 80g Bean sprouts
- 150g Raw prawns, deshelled and deveined
- 150g AYAM™ Rice Noodles, cooked
Method
- Prepare Rice Noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain and divide between serving bowls.
- Add the Laksa Curry Soup into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add prawns and bean curd puffs, boil until well cooked.
- Assemble the noodles and bean sprouts in the serving bowls.
- Pour the soup over the noodles and serve immediately.
