Dried Fruit Quinoa Porridge

Ingredients
- 500ml water
- 90g quinoa
- 270ml AYAM™ Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 35g dried fruit (apricot, cranberries, blueberries, raisins or goji berries)
- 15g walnuts honey, to taste
Method
- In a medium saucepan, combine water and quinoa. Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes until liquid has been absorbed.
- Stir in coconut milk and sugar, then cook it to a creamy consistency.
- Serve into bowls and top with dried fruit, walnuts and honey.
