Chicken Sandwich with Blackbean Mayo

Ingredients
- ¼ cup whole egg mayo
- 1 tsp AYAM™ Black Bean Sauce
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, deseeded, julienned
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- ½ cooked chicken, meat shredded
- 1 baguette
Method
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaiase with black bean sauce.
- Fold through the shredded chicken.
- Cut baguette in half lengthways, and spread the mixture throughout the flat side of half the baguette.
- Top with carrots, cucumber and spring onion. Sandwich together with other half.
