Bento Tuna Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- ½ cup carrots, diced small
- ½ garlic, sliced
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ can AYAM™ Tuna Chunks in water, drain water and mash the tuna
- ½ can AYAM™ Sweetcup Corn
Method
- On a small wok or pan, add some cooking oil and cook the carrots and garlic briefly.
- Add in the cooked rice and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour in the tuna and corn. Cook together until rice is coated.
