Hawker Market Pad Thai

Ingredients

  • 400g AYAM™ Rice Noodles
  • 2 tsps Vegetable Oil
  • 200g Peeled raw prawns, tails intact
  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten
  • 200g AYAM™ Hawker Market Pad Thai Stir Fry Sauce
  • 100g Bean sprouts
  • Garnish: Crushed peanuts
 

Method

  1. Heat oil in a wok or frypan over high heat.
  2. Add prawns and stir fry until just cooked.
  3. Add beaten egg to the side of the pan and scramble.
  4. Add Pad Thai sauce and stir until heated through.
  5. Add noodles and stir until heated through and coated in sauce.
  6. Add bean sprouts and toss through.
  7. Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve immediately.

Tip:

  • Substitute prawns for chicken, tofu, or extra vegetables.
