Thai Basil Chilli Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 jar AYAM™ Thai Basil Chilli Stir Fry Paste

  • 500g chicken mince

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Thai basil leaves and fried egg, to garnish

Method

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or non-stick fry pan over medium heat.

  2. Add chicken minceand stir-fry until browned.

  3. Add paste, mix well and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

  4. Garnish with torn Thai basil leaves and fried egg.

  5. Serve with steamed rice.
