Quite a number of the Ayam products are in the fridge or cupboard, but of all of them, the Massaman is the most frequently used. It provides an amazingly authentic and delicious flavour base to a variety of dishes, whether I use chicken, vegetables, beans or a combination. I frequently replace the potato in the recipe on the side of the jar, with sweet potato…..absolutely delicious!

I love AYAM curry paste range especially this Massaman curry. It’s not too spicy and great with either beef or chicken. Authentic delicious curry for weekday night!

This is PURE flavour! My mum showed me this brand so many years ago and I have only recently been diagnosed with coeliac and had to give up SO many of my favourite brands, sauces and foods - yet Ayam has had my back and been something I have been able to keep in all of my cooking - along with eating with my family when mum cooks. Thank you for being gluten-free!

Love this paste and always have a jar in the fridge. Massaman is just perfect for me as it's not hot and doesn't use any coriander (which I dislike). It makes a delicious, easy to make, chicken, sweet potato and chickpea curry that's even better the next day!
