Whole Baked Curried Cauliflower

1 whole cauliflower

100g AYAM™ Indonesian Vegetable Curry Paste

1 x (400g) can crushed tomatoes

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Salt & pepper
Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Steam the cauliflower for 15 minutes.

Mix together the crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of the olive oil and place in a baking dish.

Place the cauliflower in the tomato and brush with the paste that has been mixed with a tablespoon of olive oil.

Place in the oven and cook for 1 hour or until the paste has caramelised.
