Soy Toasted Nuts & Pepitas

Ingredients:
- 30g raw almonds
- 30g raw cashews
- 30g macadamias
- 15g pepitas
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp gluten-free light soy sauce
- ½ tbsp honey
Method
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and toast the nuts and seeds for a few minutes, taking care not to burn.
- Meanwhile whisk together the oil, soy sauce and honey. Pour over the nuts and fry for another few minutes until reduced and sticky. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool a little. Serve warm.
