Prawn & Hoisin Bao Buns

Ingredients
- 4 bao buns
- 8 prawns, shelled and deveined
- ½ carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp garlic chives, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp spring onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp coriander, to serve
- 1 tbsp friend shallots, to serve
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp AYAM™ Hoi Sin Sauce
Method
- Add olive oil to a hot pan over medium heat, fry the prawns with spring onion and chilli for 3-4 minutes.
- Steam the bao buns.
- To assemble, open the fold of the bao bun and place carrot, chilli, chives, spring onion, 2 prawns, and a mixture of mayonnaise and AYAM™ Hoi Sin Sauce. Top with coriander and fried shallots.
