Miso and Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
- ¼ head cauliflower, cut into little florets
- 150g silken tofu, cut into squares
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- AYAM™ Hawker Market Miso Soup
Method
- Heat the miso soup in a saucepan.
- Once simmering, add the cauliflower and a little water.
- Cook for 5 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
- Add tofu, and garnish with chopped spring onion before serving.
