Hot Coffee Malted

Ingredients
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp instant coffee powder
- 1 tbsp malt extract
- 70ml AYAM™ Light Coconut Milk
Method
Mixing:
- Combine all the ingredients directly in a saucepan and heat until warmed through. Whisk gently.
- Alternatively, this drink can also be warmed in a jug in the microwave oven for about 1½ minutes.
Presentation:
- Pour into 2 cups and enjoy!
