Ingredients
- AYAM™ Hawker Market Thai Green Curry Sauce 200g
- 60g Eggplant, diced into 2cm cubes
- 150g Boneless chicken thighs, diced into 2cm cubes
- Garnish: Kaffir lime leaves, shredded
Method
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Add Thai Green Curry Sauce to the pan and bring to a boil.
- Add chicken, simmer on high heat until cooked through.
- Add eggplant, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked.
- Garnish with kaffir lime leaves and serve with steamed rice.
