Hawker Market Mee Goreng
Ingredients

2 tbsp Vegetable oil

300g chicken stir fry strips

500g Fresh Hokkien noodles

200g Green cabbage, thinly sliced

205g AYAM™ Hawker Mee Goreng stir fry sauce

Garnish: Fried Shallots

Method
- Heat oil in a wok or frypan over high heat.
- Add chicken strips and stir fry until browned.
- Add cabbage and stir fry for a further minute.
- Add Mee Goreng sauce and stir until heated through
- Add noodles and stir until coated in the sauce
- Garnish with fried shallots and serve immediately
Tip: Substitute the chicken for prawns, tofu, or extra vegetables.
