Hawker Market Japanese Golden Curry

Ingredients
- AYAM™ Hawker Market Japanese Golden Curry Sauce 200g
- 270g, Water
- 220g Beef scotch fillets, diced into 2cm cubes
- 1 Onion, large, sliced
- 2 Carrots, medium, diced into 2 cm cubes
- 2 Potatoes, medium, diced into 2cm cubes
- 2 tbsp, Vegetable oil
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat
- Slightly cook the beef until browned
- Add onions, carrots and potatoes, cook until slightly browned
- Add water and Japanese Golden Curry Sauce to the pot, bring to a boil
- Cover and simmer until the beef is tender
- Serve immediately over rice
