Hawker Market Char Kway Teow
Ingredients

2 tbsp Vegetable oil

1 egg, lightly beaten

300g chicken stir fry strips

500g fresh rice noodles

200g AYAM™ Hawker Market Char Kway Teow stir fry sauce

100g bean sprouts
-
Garnish: Fried shallots
Method
- Heat oil in a wok or frypan over high heat
- Add chicken strips and stir fry until browned.
- Add beaten egg to side of pan and scramble
- Add char kway teow sauce and stir until heated through
- Add noodles and stir until heated through and coated in sauce
- Add bean sprout and toss through
- Garnish with fried shallots and serve immediately
Tip: Substitute the chicken for prawns, tofu, or extra vegetables.
