Coconut Milk Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 400ml AYAM™ Coconut Milk
- 200ml water
- 1 overripe banana, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
To serve
- Shredded coconut
Method
- Place all ingredients except shredded coconut in a blender.
- Blitz until smooth.
- Enjoy in a glass, top with shredded coconut
