Coconut and Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
- 1 x 400ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Fresh berries, to serve
- Chopped roasted macadamia nuts, to serve
Method
- Blend dark chocolate, coconut milk and maple syrup together for 1-2 minutes or until well combined. Pour into glasses or bowls of your choice and set in fridge overnight to set.
- Serve with berries and chopped macadamias.
