Coconut and Chia Puddings

Ingredients
- 2 cups AYAM™ Coconut Milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ cup chia seeds
To serve
- Strawberry slices
- Shredded coconut
Method
- In a large bowl whisk the coconut milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir through the chia seeds.
- Spoon the mixture into glass jars and leave this to soak for at least 4-5 hours or overnight if possible.
- To serve- top with strawberry slices and shredded coconut.
