Bull’s Eyes Eggs

Ingredients:
- 2 egg
- 1 brown onion, sliced
- 1 long red chill, finely chopped
- Vegetable oil
- Light soy
- Black sesame oil
- Jasmine rice, to serve
- Toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
Method
- In a small pan caramelise the onion and chilli in vegetable oil.
- Add a good glug of vegetable oil to a hot pan, fry the egg to your liking.
- Serve the rice, and caramelised onions and chilli, top with the fried egg. Season with light soy and black sesame oil. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
