Bull's Eyes Eggs

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 brown onion, sliced
- 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
- Vegetable oil
- AYAM™ Light Soy
- AYAM™ Black Sesame Oil
- White rice, to serve
- Toasted sesame seeds, to garnish
Method
- In a small pan, caramelise the onion and chilli in vegetable oill and set aside once brown.
- Add about 2 tbsps of vegetable oil to the hot pan, and fry egg to your liking.
- Serve the rice, caramelised onions and chilli, and top it off with the fried egg. Season with light soy and black sesame oil. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
