
Broccoli with Abalone Sauce

Ingredients:
- 200g broccoli
- 150g straw mushrooms or similar
- 1 slice ginger
- 3 tbsp AYAM Abalone Sauce
- 5 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Method
Cooking Broccoli
- Cut broccoli into bite size pieces, straw mushrooms into half.
- Blanch fresh straw mushroomsin boiling water and drain for 1 minute.
- Blanch broccoli in boiling water until cooked for 2-3 minutes.
Dish Preparation
- Heat pans with oil and add ginger slice. Fry for 2 minutes under high heat.
- Add AYAM Abalone Sauce and water, stir to ensure sauces are well mixed for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and mushrooms into pan and coat sauce evenly. Allow it to cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot!
