Black Pepper Beef Stir Fry
Ingredients

2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil

450g beef stir fry strips

1 capsicum, thinly sliced

1 red onion, thinly sliced

2 stalks celery, thinly sliced

1/3 cup AYAM™ Black Pepper Sauce, or to taste

Green onions, thinly sliced diagonally, to garnish
Method

Heat 1 tablespoon oil over high heat pan.

Saute beef in batches, until just cooked, remove to a plate and set aside.

Add 1 tablespoon oil to pan and sauté capsicum, onion and celery for 4-5 mins.

Add beef and sauce to the pan, stir until evenly coated and heated through, for 1-2 mins.

Taste and add extra sauce if preferred.

Serve immediately garnished with green onion.
