Banana, Coconut & Passion Fruit
Ingredients
- 4 passionfruits
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 bananas
- 2 cans AYAM™ Coconut Milk 400ml
Method
Mixing:
- Combining the coconut cream, the passion fruit pulp, the brown sugar and the lemon juice in a medium sauce pan, then bring it to a simmer at medium heat. Stir just enough to dissolve the sugar.
- Add in the banana slices into it and stir all together well for about 2 minutes, until it is completely warmed. Stir gently to keep the banana in their original shape!
Presentation:
- Once finished, serve it directly in small glass bowls or rice bowls.
