Asian Slaw Tacos

Ingredients
Peanut Sauce
- ½ cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp AYAM™ Light Soy Sauce
- 1-inch ginger, microplaned
- 1 tbsp AYAM™ Hot Chilli Sauce (Sriracha)
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 -2 tbsp water (as needed)
- 1 block firm tofu, cubed
Slaw
- ¼ red cabbage, sliced
- 1 baby cabbage, sliced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 bunch fresh coriander, chopped
- Corn or flour tortillas
Method
- In a bowl whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger, chilli garlic sauce, honey, lime juice and a little water until smooth.
- Toss tofu in peanut sauce.
- Heat corn tortillas in the oven or stovetop.

Assemble tacos.

Finish with coriander and fresh lime juice.
