Thai Pad See Ew

Ingredients:
- 200g AYAM™ Pad See Ew Sauce
- 500g Fresh Rice Noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 300g chicken stir fry strips
- 200g gai lan (Chinese broccoli)
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat.
- Add chicken strips and stir fry until browned.
- Add gai lan and stir until cooked through.
- Add AYAM™ Pad See Ew Sauce and stir until heated through.
- Add noodles and stir until heated through coated in sauce.
- Move noodles to one side, add beaten egg and scramble, then fold through. Serve immediately.
Tips: Substitute beef for chicken with beef, tofu or extra vegetables.
