Pad Thai
Recipe by Michael Weldon
Ingredients:
- 200g AYAM™ Pad Thai Sauce
- 500g Fresh Rice Noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 200g peeled raw prawns, tails intact
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 100g bean sprouts
- Crushed peanuts, to garnish
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok or frypan over high heat.
- Add prawns and stir fry until just cooked.
- Add beaten eggs to side of pan and scramble.
- Add AYAM™ Pad Thai Sauce and stir until heated through.
- Add noodles and stir until heated through adn coated in sauce.
- Add bean sprouts and toss through.
- Garnish with crushed peanuts and serve immediately.
Tips: Substitute prawns for chicken, tofu, or extra vegetables.
